We are seeking a self-motivated, well-organized, and goal-oriented individual with excellent verbal & written communication skills.
Overview:
HUBLUXE Group, a manufacturer and supplier of industrial valves, industrial automation products & HVAC components, is seeking a Business Development Manager. The person will be accountable for the growth of existing customers as well as the identification of new customers.
Responsibilities:
- Add brand value by increasing our outreach with new and existing clients.
- Able to build great relationship with new & existing customers.
- Represent our company with a high degree of professionalism.
- Thorough Product understanding and Techno commercial selling.
- Identify strategies, objectives, and action plans to improve short and long term business profitability.
- Meet KPIs and targets.
- Assess competition and find opportunities for our product solutions.
- Reporting to department head periodically.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.
- At least 5 years’ experience with Sales, Customer & Product Support, or application engineering.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills.
